Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
What we collect
This site collects only what you type into one of its two forms. Nothing is gathered without your knowledge.
The stay request form records:
- your name
- your email address
- your telephone number, if you provide one
- the arrival and departure dates you would like
- the number of guests
- any message you choose to add
- the language you would like our replies in
The contact form records your name, email address and message.
There are no analytics tools, no advertising trackers and no social media embeds on this site. Your browsing is not tracked.
Why
This information is used only to handle your enquiry: to check availability for your dates, to reply to you, and where a stay goes ahead, to arrange it.
It is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who has access
The villa's owner, and the technical providers strictly necessary for the site to work:
- Vercel — hosting for the site
- Supabase — the database where requests are recorded
- Resend — delivery of confirmation and notification emails
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. That is why you are not shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Two strictly necessary cookies may be set. One remembers the language you chose, and is only written if you click FR or EN. The other keeps the owner signed in to their private area.
The 360° virtual tour is provided by Matterport and loads only if you click to start it. Until you do, no data is sent to that service. If you open it, Matterport's own terms apply.
How long
Stay requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where a stay is confirmed, to manage the rental and meet applicable accounting obligations.
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to reply and to follow up on the exchange.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may at any time request access to the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, restrict how it is processed, or object to that processing.
Write to contact@kay-holidays.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
